How can I make an order and how long in advance can I order?

You can make an order online on the website or by calling 1 720 305 3006.

If you make an order 6 hours before the start of the booked time you can do it online, if you are ordering less than 6 hours before the desired pickup time please call the Coloradotransfer.com support service.

How can I pay?
You can pay for your order directly on the website and receive a receipt for payment via email, using the secure web resources PayPal and Square.
We can also issue you an invoice that can paid directly from Bank account.
All payments must be made in full prior to the trip.
Coloradotransfer.com does not accept cash.
How much time prior to the trip can I cancel my trip?

If you cancel 24 hours before your pickup time you will be refunded 100% of the payment.
If a trip must be canceled due to a flight delay or cancellation, you will receive a 100% refund of your payment.
If you cancel your order less than 24 hours before the trip, the total price of the order will be charged.
NOTE: TO AVOID MISUNDERSTANDINGS, ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE EMAILED TO INFO@COLORADOTRANSFER.COM WITH THE ORDER NUMBER.

What to do if the flight is delayed?

The schedule of all flights is monitored by the Coloradotransfer.com support service and the driver will be there to meet you at the time of your planes arrival, no additional charges for the flight delay will be applied.

Where and how the driver will meet me at the airport?

After your plane lands , the driver will contact you by phone and agree on the meeting location.
If for some reasons the driver did not contact you, please contact support service of Coloradotransfer.com
If you will not have a connection on your phone for whatever reasons, then specify it when placing the order and we will send you a clear instruction where and how you will be met by the driver.

Can I smoke in the car?

Smoking in the car is strictly prohibited.

Can I ask the driver to make a stop?

Yes, you can ask the driver to stop, but not more than for 15 minutes.
If you need a stop for more than 15 minutes, you must order a stop (extra charge) in addition to the main order.

Do I have to pay separately for child seats or a ski box?

All additional equipment child seats and ski box are FREE.

Is my trip insured?

During the transfer, all people and their belongings are insured with extended commercial insurance.
